How do I do strict barbell rows ? As soon as weight gets heavy for me I tend to do rows that are closer to Yates rows. If I lean forward more I sometimes have a hard time holding balance with 2pl8+ infront of me. Because of this I usually prefer doing DB rows or just go for Yates rows atm...
seated rows
Pendlay rows

sounds like you need to strengthen your core more. I think we naturally tend to stand more upright when our core isn't strong enough. Add in some core work and go lighter on the rows.

that's why I do seated. My forearms get tired, my legs start shaking...meanwhile in seated I'm doing 40 lbs more with perfect form it's because you don't have to actually hold the weight up and stress everything else just balancing yourself. It's like doing a standing OHP to keep your balance...some retards cheat by leaning back which turns into an incline. Seated everything is better

Yeah bro, that's why I do my deadlifts off waist high pins now. I mean when I do them off the ground my forearms get tired, my legs start shaking. It's more important pretend like you're lifting more weight than to actually lift it.

Yeah, you are fucking retarded if you think doing a row seated is a good thing because you can lift more weight.
