After spending hours upon hours sitting in front of my computer playing Stardew Valley, at the end of each in-game day I have started incorporating a workout into my gaming. I want to be as strong as my character is, working the farm.
First day: 20 push-ups 20 sit ups
Second Day: 10 squats 20 arm raises
Third day: 20 lunges 10 jumping jacks
Fourth day: 20 calf raises 10 leg raises 10 woodchoppers
Let's stay healthy while we game. And of course, if you need to work up to these numbers and push through to harder numbers once you get there. Don't try to do too many at the start because, if you're like me, you're being doing multiple sets of each of these exercises within a few hours and that can get pretty tough.
Any suggestions or ideas are welcome.

Oh fuck off, I can do like 30 push-ups I'm pretty strong.
I guess it's a start.
But come on OP listen to yourself.
>Incorporating excersising into your video game play?
You really can't put they video games down and set aside 30 to 45 minutes to exercise?
>Let's stay healthy while we game.
That is something you see on a beta\cringe thread on \b.
I am not trying to put you down OP I only tell you this because I believe in you. It might be a good idea to give up video games all together and pick up some more productive hobbies.
