Yeah, im still wondering how i managed to pinch my foreskin between the barbell and a 45 when i was loading a bar to bench. I don't understand how it happened and now i have a big cut.

everyone is going to store fat in slightly different ways. Sure you can use pictures as general guidelines just fine, but if you really want to know your specific bf% you can get a dexa scan or some shit.

Im like 19% body fat but look more like 25%.

Yeah this. I'm 15% and I have a mix of traits of how this guy looks at 10-12, 15, and 20. And this is just waist up, some people will carry more or less in their lower body, plus his face should be changing but he has a beard
