My left eyelid twitches randomly. Should I be worried?
I had the same in a perioud of my life where i was under extreme stress for several months. So it could definitely be something to worry about if you have the same problem.

Chronically tired, sleep deprived, and stressed student here btw
This happens to me too, is that bad?
Happens to me when I'm dehydrated and tired
Often lack of some type of nutrition like magnesium or potassium.
Eat a banana/browse a YLYL thread.
Probably not, I do it a lot too. Just ask you doctor.

Happens if I drink ANY coffee. Caffine by itself usually not but coffee does it.
I've had it for a while. My mom has had it for years. I think it's due to stress and too much screen time. I get muscle twitches in my arms that are apparently due to potassium deficiency, so it may be related to that.
