When did you guys realise home gyms are a meme?
NOTHING beats the atmosphere of a good old school powerlifting/bodybuilding gym.
that's true. having other, stronger people around you is motivating as fuck. plus eventually you feel like you belong, which is a good feel

>going to a gym for its "atmosphere"
I'm lifting to get big, and if a home gym works best for someone to do that i won't begrudge them because i'm not autistic.
Powerlifting and bodybuilding is for losers who voted for trump

I'm a Hoppean libertarian that agrees with having a minimum government tasked with the physical removal of communists, democrats and people with non-traditional alternative lifestyles.

Yeah I'm like in the top 5 strong guys in my commercial gym. It aint cool. I only bench 130kg 4x4, squat 3 plates 5x3 and dl 220kg 3x4.
DESU i havent seen anyone dl anything close to that, one guy can squat 3 plates but benches 80kg and one massive guy benches 220kg.

I like my homegym. It's open whenever I want. I can do whatever I want. I don't lose time travelling to get there. Nobody hogs the equipment. I don't pay for shit unless I want to improve it. No old man balls in the shower. Only downside: no qts to creep over. But there are better places for that.
>It's very nice.
I too love putting my body on things covered in other people's bodily fluids
>there's a guy who stinks to high heaven in my gym
>with help from a couple of regulars I wrote a note
>stuck it in his bag when he started a bench set
>he was going around asking people if he wrote it this morning
idk man home gym smells comfy to me
