I need advice
So I was really fat ~320, then I got fit ~220 at 6'2", got up to running 12 miles at a stretch and was playing rugby
Then I took a hit to the knee and got fat again ~320
Now I've lost about 60 pounds from that point and realize that I have a lifelong problem like an alcoholic but with food
Point is, what are the best exercises for losing weight - yes cardio, but I don't want to get back into running before I lose weight because I want to have functioning knees when I'm older
I'm currently in eastern europe and chop wood for exercise, but I also have access to weight lifting equipment in the nearby town
What is the best weight lifting regime for weight loss?
I'm looking got hit up my local gym tomorrow, but I might finish up the wood pile before then
I'm assuming that smaller weights with more reps is better for losing fat than bigger weights with fewer reps - but I don't really know shit about this
I could really use some help here

Rowing, jump rope, stair machine, elliptical trainer, high Rep squats, I could go on

>what are the best exercises for losing weight
As someone currently on a cut that's gone from 97Kg to 89Kg, you don't actually have to do any exercise, just lower your caloric intake enough. It's easier to eat 300kc less than to run for 1 hour.

I am doing that, but I want to exercise as well
I'm going to either way, I just want to know what kind of weight lifting is best for that

I'm a professional memer - that's the main reason I got fat while waiting for my knee to heal
