What are your ab routines /fit/?
Mine:
Weighted crunches 3x12
Russian twists 3x12
Ab wheel 3x12
I want to train them better

leg raises and planks on my chest/tris day
crunches and ab wheel rollouts on one of my off days

Hanging leg raises is my go to exercise.
Also do weighted sit-ups on a decline bench and ab roll outs
laying leg raises 3x12

Stomach vacuums throughout the day
Flutter kicks while laying in bed
Dragonflies

i do deadlifts and one handed landmine presses( the kind were you bent slightly in your knees before pushing up)
weighted crunches 3x30
i barely have abs. this is probably why.
Weighted Planks 3x~60s TILL FAILURE
