This dyel skinny fat Asian can squat 225 with knee-obliterating form while I'm struggling to get past 205 as a 1RM and I've been lifting on and off for atleast 10 years

That's normal. I'm currently at 135x5 ohp and only bench 200x5.

My mystery:
>skip squat and deadlift cause I don't want to end up t-rexmode
>only bench, ohp, chinup
>2 months start doing SS
>not only did my upper body lifts start progressing faster without stalling but my lower body lifts quickly overtook them
>6 months in at 135/200/255/300x5

thats not rlly a mystery. squats and deadlifts are so effective at hitting the majority of your body that everything will get stronger, definitely including upper body lifts. stronger legs? more leg drive on the bench and stability in the press. deadlifts are key for a strong upper back too, which prettymuch plays a vital role in all lifts.

Now that you mention it, I even noticed lacking tightness in core and legs on my ohp at one point when my squat was still weak. Once I had a stable base, I was able to press more.

Did leg extension today and went way past my rep count. My quads felt like they were going to shrivel up and burn but when I stood up I felt great. I felt like I just came but about a quarter of the actual sensation.
I can finally do pullups and lift myself up above the bar. I think they're called muscle ups idk
