Started more than a year ago as a skinnyfag with chin ups at home. Couldn't even do one complete chin up in the beginning. I had zero knowledge, wasn't eating enough, only did chin ups, but eventually progressed to 10 sets of 9 reps with 2 min wait time. Then I reached a plateau, began eating lots of chicken, added weights by a backpack and currently bulking. Progress was not that great, it could've been a lot better but it makes me feel good.

Yes it's my least favorite lift.

Been focusing on form lately and it has been getting easier to go up in weight. I do lat/front raises for some extra shoulder development.

I went from SS to an upper/lower and now I'm doing a PPL routine that still has heavy compound lifts.

Would recommend SS. I know it's a meme around here but it worked for me to build some initial strength.

I renewed my membership and I'm starting Lyles Generic Bulking Routine. I've got the lifting covered for now.
