Redpill me on trap bar deadlifts

Great exercise. It's somewhere between a deadlift and a squat. Definitely worth doing every so often.

Far more natural travel path than an actual deadlift. Since the concentration of the weight travels up your midline as opposed to just in front of it, like a deadlift.

I prefer it to deadlift atm since my back has tightness.

More leg development than deadlift too.

the trap bar deadlift is more like a squat than a deadlift. if you replace the deadlift with trap bar deadlifts you're an idiot.
