How can I stay active at a desk job? I get up as often as I can without people complaining that all I do is walk around the office. Is using a ball as a chair a good option? Anything else that could help posture, and keep me from losing my mind sitting still?

You could also get a standing desk. Yoga balls are alright, and definitely fun, but there are tons of options for ergonomic seating. The best thing to do, however, is be active outside of work

I'm actually pretty active thanks to my sport, up to 20 hours a week (but usually only about 10 hours) but I feel like I'm killing my gains sitting at my desk

You aren't. You kill gains by not taking care of yourself. I'm guessing you're very lean? What sport?
