So my wrist pains were getting the best of me and I finally took 2 weeks to deload and let them heal. They felt good again and I started back on my routine a couple weeks ago but of course with much lighter weights so I can work on form and slowly build back up to where I were before (im doing stronglifts btw) and just as I thought I was improving my form my wrist started fucking hurting again.
Mainly my left wrist and it happens after I do OHP or bench. What the fuck can I do? I fucking hate this deload bullshit and it feels like I've already tried every trick in the book to improve my form. I'm not even lifting heavy and my wrist starts hurting like a motherfucker.
Please halp
Inb4 pay huge amounts of money to have a doctor tell you to "relax for a few weeks"

Bumping for being in a similar situation
Go see a doctor
you do leg workouts for 1 month and no upper body. That's what you do

Where does it hurt?
It sounds like it hurts during extension (bending your wrist backwards) - is this correct?
"Wrist pain" is a bit vague.
My wrists were hurting too OP but I got wrist wraps, barely feel any pain now even when doing dips and stuff thats really heavy on the wrists

Did you have any wrist pain during that 2 week deload when you weren't lifting? Also how many times a week are you doing upper body lifts?
I have a bad wrist and doing bench press and OHP with a wrist brace really helps. There's one at walmart with a metal bar that runs along your forearm, and two smaller ones that run along the sides that's around $15 that I use and works well for me.
