Does it look like I have PE? (Pectus Excavatum). Or does it just look like that because I'm skinny? I've started lifting a bit, mostly body weight and getting core strength down, but as my chest is developing I feel like this is getting a little more noticeable. Is it just because my pecs are far underdeveloped or am I just being paranoid? I feel like I have it but in a mild form.
And please don't tell me to eat, I already know what to do, it's just going to take some time.
Here's another angle.

Neither of these photos are from straight on, which is the only way to get a good look at any gap you might have.
That said, your inability to eat properly should be of more immediate concern to you than any perceived pectus.

I'd say mildly, but not enough to worry about. Your sternum looks a little dipped towards the xiphoid process (the very bottom bit) but I'm sure once you've lifted for a while it won't show.
Google pectus excavatum so you can be ashamed of yourself for being such a hypocondriac. Just eat and lift.
