Pic related, how i sleep, my mattress and bed has become a sound barrier (important for a studio apartment) that can be quickly returned into a bed for sex needs
My back has never felt better, and i'm sleeping much better, i have a low head pillow and a pillow for under my knees so i can get into the ideal position
I mean think about it, where did mattresses come from? when did they suddenly become the standard sleeping surface?

something like this, get a frame thats just plain flat put a futon
you can also buy expensive coconut (?) hair mattresses but they are heavy and dense
