Anyway instead of doing some retarded shit where you overdose on one single thing, gradually increase how much you eat of normal food. If you have no appetite then stop sitting on your ass all day and go outside. Don't forget to lift or else all your added weight will be fat only. If there's no gym around then buy a barbell or something, worst case scenario do just body exercises.

I drank raw eggs for a while, and sometimes they gave me the shits and indigestion. im in canada too and we have some decent health/food regulations. you might as well just cook anyway. its easier for your body to digest and use.
