I remember buying one of these about 7 years ago. I remember it giving my forearms a nice burn but no more then just hanging from a pullup bar or something. I dont remember any gains from this thing and it ended up being left unused after a few weeks. If you have super weak wrist or carpel tunnel then i would buy one just to try, its cheap and no harm will come of it
