How do you guys get in enough Protein while Cutting?
I drink protein shakes with 3 fucking scoops and still can't hit 150g Protein. Plus the shakes make me relapse cause they aren't even that filling.

I eat two portions of 200g chicken, add some rice, eggs or oats for breakfast and you'll hit 150 easily. Can eat greek yogurt and tuna too.
