everything from doing OHP transitioned to bench, and overall made my bench go higher as i progress on OHP

push-press is a full body strength exercise

pros: targets many small muscles and has a very loaded negative (if you do it slowly)

cons: doesn't target any specific weakness and isn't particularly good for muscle building purposes

Literally, there is no point in a strict press. If the whole point is to push as much weight as possible, I am going to use my legs for momentum.
