Hey /fit/, how do I go about making bladder gains?
Need to take piss really often, sometimes every hour. Any lifts that can fix my bladder?
if you're consuming a lot of liquids then you'll have to piss a lot. there's no getting around it.
On the topic, is it harmful to hold your piss almost to the point of it hurting? I drink a lot of water and sometimes it's all I can do to get to a toilet before letting go?
