Ok you guys, why cant i grow a proper beard, iam currently rocking a beard like pic related, it looks decent on me but all i want is a nice and full beard
There are hairs all over my sides but they are light, thin and grow much slower than the hairs on my chin and mustache
I think ive done all brosience stuff i can do about growing a beard
>stop doing drugs, alcohol and cigs long time ago
>proper diet, lifting and sleep shedule
>taking zinc, fishoil and biotin every day
>started to do cold showers from time to time
>stopped watching porn and never fap more than twice a week
Been doing this since more than a year now and didnt notice any big changes
Do you know anything else i could try?
The "just give it more time bro" excuse doesnt work for me anymore since iam turning 27 in 2 weeks

I want to think its my lifestyle that is making this happen but my mom's side is Turkish and they all had god-tier beard genetics. Still happy as fuck regardless, very close to being able to grow a fully connected beard
