I was 130 lbs when I started lifting in march
I was 170 lbs in august then I started to cut and I'm at 155 lbs now. Planning to cut until I can see my abs or to 145 lbs before bulking again (I'm counting calories now so I'll do a slow bulk)

Most people who say they have gyno do not have gyno. As a guy with real gyno, there is some awkwardness in the getting naked part only if you try to normally hide your gyno. Its kinda like tits for a guy you accept them as they are big or small as long as their no illusion going on (push up bra, etc). So if you dont slouch, wear hoodies all the time, compression vest etc and they already know its there the girl who decide to go in bed with you already knows and probably cares more about the tool down low and your personality.
