I do 5 x 10s, like this:

Mon: 5 x 10 standard pullups
Wed: 5x10 chinups
Fri: 5x10 neutral grip pullups

Just keep working your way up until you can. Once you can do 5x10, then you start adding weight (like a weight belt or throw a plate in a backpack). Once you can do 10 reps with that weight, up the weight by another 5 lbs or so. Rinse and repeat.

If you are consistent and you are eating you will eventually be able to.

I do hanging leg raises for 3 sets of 20 twice a week.
I just didn't have to cut, because I was skinny af.
