My wife packs me small sandwich bags of 4oz of cooked meat (chick/steak im im lucky) or fresh sweet potato crisps but tends to get embarassed when im walking around the zoo with her eating meat out of a sandwich bag. What protein enriched snacks do you guys take on the go?
I eat every 2-3 hours
