So from what I'm learning online Alpha2-fat receptors are what stop you from losing the last bit of weight. In men thats the weight around the lower back and waist. I've been suck at close to for the last couple months and while I'm seeing improvements in strength and endurance through training despite maintaining a 600-800 calorie deficit I've seen my weight loss slow down dramatically.
One of the ways that I've seen recommended intermittent fasting as a way to overcome this, if anyone has experience or any other information I would really appreciate it.

At 600-800 deficit you are already fucking up all bodybuilding progress you're trying to make; so if your sole goal is to lose the fat, go full Auschwitz mode and eat an apple, 100g oats and water per day.

I've heard fasted cardio is good for those areas.
i recommend sprinting or other anaerobic exercises regularly
