I hated being pushed around when I was younger, and even as an adult people will take advantage of you physically, push you around, be willing to fight or threaten you if you're a smaller guy. 5'6 shorty coming in at 160'. I'm using this post as a reminder for my current fat fuck self.

I got wrecked by a motor bike on my bicycle and have been on bedrest and eating complete shit and not sleeping for the past three weeks. I really should be dead considering the accident but fuck I'm alive and now 15 pounds heavier for it.

Either way I was making progress to 145, with lifting, pushups and two hour intense bike rides every evening, then got wrecked by injury...

I was in the locker room. I was in my underwear and these kids walked by. Then I looked in the mirror and I thought I looked kind of ripped, and so I asked one of the kids if he would take a picture of me and he did. And I looked at the picture and I looked pretty ripped, so later at home, I put the picture up on /fit/ and I typed in "Don't I look ripped?" and I thought people would be stoked on me. Then this morning I saw the comments on CBT thread and some people called me names and said I wasn't ripped, and they said that I was fat and I didn't have muscles. The Internet made fun of me.

How much weight should I be putting on per week on a bulk? Am currently eating ~2800-3200 calories per day and have gained around 1 kg in a month.
