I fucking LOVE DOMS, feels like progress. I keep training. Might have to do a little less on a given day, but I still do as much as I can. I'd say unless you're doing a 1 muscle group a day kind of thing (day 1 chest, day 2 arms, day 3 back, day 4 legs, etc), you're overtraining going in 6 days a week.

i do chest, back, rest, legs, arms&shoulders and don't get any DOMS interference
Take some bcaa, drink plenty of water and take some Tylenol or ibuprofen. I hate Dom's feels like my muscles are tearing apart

insert a rest day wherever you're sore af
i'm boxer unable to box due to injury atm so it feels weird / lazy to not have high intensity training all the time.
Should i switch to a 5 day routine on this split?

Usually get doms. I was trying greyskull LP for a month, and never got doms. Went back to my own routine. Feels great, feels like progress.
