DAE Follow chaos and pain style programming + the diet jamie lewis recommends? the programming is basically lift whenever u can or want (ease up when you feel the need to) lifting with mutiple sets of low reps. the diet is protein sparing fast with 2 large meaty meals in the evening. Ive started the programming a few weeks ago, and am going to give the diet a shot soon. Pls post experiences here
