I recently started working back out for the purpose of losing weight. I do a bit of weightlifting and light jogging. Ive noticed some joint pain
>If I sit for long periods when I stand up there will be a dull pain in my knee joints for around 10 seconds then go away
>sometimes the same dull pain occurs for about 15 minutes after a workout then disappears
Should I be worried? What can I do to stop/minimize it?
Your joint is metal, that's the problem
Stretching and fish oil

You must be doing something wrong, i never get burps from stretching.
>recently started exercising
>pain while sitting
It might be Patellofemoral pain syndrome. No matter what the diagnosis is it's probably from overuse, like increasing mileage too much. If it's PFPS it could be from excessive pushing off. Rest and ice, and slowly increase your level of exercise. Also, make sure you have proper form and good running shoes.
