Started from skinnyfat-fat, did only cardio for the first ~2 months, then started SL in Mid-august with the bar only + pullups and muay thai on off days. I also got rid of my faggot hair. GF has lost 20 lbs.

When will this meme end? Eating fat doesn't make you fat. In fact, eating fat is very healthy in general and great for building muscle mass as long as its not fat from processed garbage.
