So here is all of what I have:
Scoliosis
Herniated disc x3
Degenerated disc x2
Hip dysplasia
Lordosis
Kyphosis
Scheuermann's disease
And osteo arthritis in my sacroiliac joint.
Mind you, I'm 18 and the cause of all this if from the Scheuermann's disease, my doctor said my back pain was just normal growing pain. Dealt with it for three years until I demanded to be seen by a new doctor.
All of this could have been prevented, but I'm stuck with it now.
I leave for MCRD in June and I want to not have any pain.
I already get a 300 on my PFT and IST so I don't need better scores, I need less pain.
Any of you dealt with this shit without surgery?

here is what I have
Scoliosis
Kyphosis
Uneven Hip
Shoulders malformation of some kind that doesn't me allow to move them in most positions without popping them out
Just bear the pain and try to gain strength on your back always trying to avoid injury
i think you can make very good money suing your doctor

I feel for you bro, I have light scoliosis and several degenerating discs with compressed nerves. Squats are like walking on a knife edge everytime, my back feels better than everyone when it goes right, but one cm of bad form and I'm limping for weeks.
