All it does is improve cognitive function (yes, it makes you smarter, do some research on how helpful creatine is for the brain) and gives you more explosive energy to push more, tear more muscle.

I'm Norwegian, we have about two hours of sun right now, and even then it is mostly cloudy.

The reason I can't eat beef livers is because food is expensive and I don't have much money.

The reason I choose to take a pill, rather than rely on eggs for d3, is that I would have to eat literally 100 eggs per day to get what I get now from taking one pill.

Yes, you can get all you need from food. But in addition to eating food, I take mass gainer and whey because food protein and carbs isn't enough to meet my macros.

Plus i would have to shove a lot of shit down my porkhole to get the same as i get from drinking powder. You know how fucking hard it is to cook anything? Yes, im a lazy fuck. I microwave my carbs and protein that i buy for a cheap price, but I also supplement myself with protein powder and carbs for when i finish my workout.
