Guys please help, I quit smoking 6 months ago but my nose is still blocked on a daily basis.
I feel like I'm suffocating half of the time and I'm not even fat.
The doctor gave me some bullshit hayfever medication but I want to find the CAUSE of this problem.
Anybody ever experienced this? Pls halp
It took me a couple of years to get back to normal after quitting smoking. I didn't have a blocked nose, but I had a lot of mucus gathering in the back of my throat which was very annoying. I have no idea when it stopped, but at some point it did. I no longer remember how many years it has been since I quit smoking.

Ready to dump my girlfriend because she won't quit.
Autogenic discharge. For severe mucus blockage.
There are also techniques to unblock nose. Like the rock back and forth thing. Check youtube.
