when does cutting season being?

I plan on cutting after Christmas. But I'm a fatfuck who sucks at cutting, so what do I know.

how much weight can I honestly expect to lose per week? I'm sitting at 180-185lbs right now. maybe 25-30% bodyfat.

Been cutting since July, some weeks more aggressive than others. Down from ~280 lbs to ~240 lbs but I'm down from ~34% bodyfat to ~23% which is the real goal. Aiming to get to about 15% bodyfat but I'd like to start bulking before the winter's over. Don't know if I should cut even harder until December 1st and start bulking or if I should cut really hard until January 1st and then go really hard with bulks. My poor muscles have shrunk considerably and I know two or three months of a lean bulk with hard exercise would do wonders.
