Before you ask, I have read the sticky and tried following its advice for weeks but it didn't really help. I'm 18 with a pretty good torso but shit-tier arms (pic related). My legs are decent because I used to run Track, but nothing I have tried has helped my arms look normal. I'm 6'4" and pretty active. Any advice?

Kind of my problem as well. 6'5" - 220lbs. I have fairly massive legs, but chicken arms.
I also have been meme-lifting ( deads, squats all the /fit/ approved lifts ) for the last 5 years.
I have just returned to the gym after a 6 month hiatus due to injury and decided to go full curl bro and concentrate on chest / arms / upper back only and do DLS and Squats as accessory lifts.
Wow, you've been at it for WEEKS and you haven't seen progress yet? Better off yourself now, because you're fucked for life.
A few weeks is nothing, dummy. Review your routine if you've got doubts, and pay attention to what you eat. It takes time.

so you've been doing the same lifts for 5 years and you didn't once think hmm maybe i should get some arm/chest work in there? retard

fixed that for ya, buddy!

If you read sticky you would be seeing or at least feeling results by now.

I was doing a balanced push/pull routine with heavy emphasis on core work beacuse of multi level lumbar hernia. I was also rotating that when I got bored. I was hitting chest once per week and doing arms as accessory work on each workout ( last 2 sets, rotating tri/bi/fore/shoulders ).
I am also an ex fatass who grew up fat. Moreover I am an avid cyclist - thus massive pelvis and legs.
Do you really expect a blog with an autistic detail in each post?

More like spooky torso. Try eating. You look like a woman that just had breast cancer.

your first mistake was not doing more upperbody than lower body. literally only people on fit care about legs. do some squats and that pretty much all you need for legs. then just focus on chest, arms, tris, delts, etc
