I got an army fitness test in three days so i've been cracking out pushups daily all day.
Now I realised that I have a sharp pain in my right elbow, with a noticeable bump.
Did I just fuck myself?

you need to keep your elbows in through the entire motion.
hands shoulder width apart.
don't catch yourself when you go down.
the stretch in your delts should keep you from touching the floor.
use that stretch reflex to spring back to the starting position.
remember, this isn't a strength test, it's an endurance test. when you train, you should be training to failure (3-5 sets a day) and not the day before the apft if you can help it.
