I work 11 hours a day 5 days a week and I still workout an hour 4 days a week.

Bursitis in both my shoulders. I've been doing chin-ups and squats almost exclusively for the past 2 weeks.

Also -25 is perfect temperature to mark your reps with your tongue onto that pull-up bar.

I love working out when it's cold because I don't feel like I'm going to die of heat exhaustion. The cold cancels out my generated body heat and I hardly sweat.
