I'm pretty worn out on eating chicken. It's where the majority of my protons come from but I want to replace it with something else. What are /fit/'s opinions about other meats?

Pork loin and pork tenderloin.
Pork tenderloin is another lean meat at 140 calories per 100 grams and 26 protons. Bretty good.
Pork loin is slightly fattier, but it makes for some awesome pork steaks on the grill or a roast. Cheaper than tenderloin, too.
Fish (could be expensive, depending on the market and type in your area) which will provide some of the highest quality proteins and fats of any food. Salmon, halibut, trout, cod, tilapia and pollock are some examples of good, little-to-no mercury or other toxin fish. Avoid shark, some types of tuna or anything high on the food chain if you're worried about toxins. If you're worried fish farming might practices might cause you health problems, avoid fish farmed in China or Vietnam, since they feed their fish actual sewage as food. From any other country, farmed fish is not as horrible as people think it is and it's a really good deal.
