How long to get a body like this from Skinny fat w/ and w/out gear?

Is eating calorie surplus and enough protons is considered a good diet? What are the cons of dirty bulk? As far as my knowledge reaches its just fack you're packing more fat on youraelf and it's harder to cut afterwards, but is there some real difference in lean muscle mass you're producing?

There is a no real difference in muscle quality but nutrient partitioning is more efficient at lower body fat.
A chest that developed may be very dependent on genetics.

Testosterone only, 250mg weekly, would be good. Not too much Estro conversion at that dose. Cruise on it, donate blood every 60 days to keep RBC under control.
You would be shocked just how much you can gain off of doses that low.
The trick will be to stay lean. Test only will NOT melt off fat like Tren. You will need to apply the calorie deficit with discipline on your own. Just like a natty.
The plus side is it will greatly increase your margin of error.
You can drop your calories too low on some days, and not lose any gains, and even a harsh prolonged deficit you will keep a lot more of your muscle.
As far as building muscle, you could just wing it basically. Train on a typical Bro split, be in and out of the gym a lot quicker.
No need for complex powerlifting style training. Just do basic compound lifts, but with moderate weight, higher volume. You will not have to deal with the aches that come from really pushing you limits, you can essentially half-ass it and train for a pump, so you just feel swole and good when you leave the gym.
All in all, doing this on 250mg of test you can essentially coast.
A natty could get close to this physique, but they would have to practically revolve their life around it.
Small dose of Test, and he just needs to not eat too much.
Even moderate amounts of bodyfat would completely hide this guys' physique.
That is the main reason why so many people think low doses are useless.
They either want WAY more size than they really need to look good.
OR more commonly, they just cannot stick to a diet. They fucking overeat.
Take a guy at 20% bodyfat. He does a Test only cycle, gains a bunch of strength, and his bodyfat goes down to 18%, but the added water retention makes him LOOK 23%.
Then he figures he needs Tren + DNP.
If he could stick to a fucking diet 250mg weekly Test could EASILY get him that body.
