General thoughts about rope jumping as cardio exercise
Also.... currently I'm around 13% bf, my goal is to get under 10. Do you think I could manage by only skipping as cardio?
>>
>skip cardio, do it anyway
skipping is exhausting as fuck, chances are good that it works.
Also look for Ross Enamait jump rope training on yt, maybe you get some ideas from it

Good for circulation, movement of liquid between lymph nodes, and very light impact.

Its legit OP
>>
>>39427028
I do skipping for cardio, good stuff.
Once you get the hang of it, and are confident in being able to do it for a minute at a time, theres different exercises you can do. Just make sure to stretch well, cause it can be hard on ur calves. I find 10-15minutes really opens up my lungs before a workout.

OP again, how much money do you think I should spend on a rope? I can even see 40 $ gears, but I really don't know if that worths it. I only have to buy it once tho

What a dumb image.

Isn't fasting is the fastest way to cut?
>>
>>39427224
Nooooooooooooooooooooope
Even religious fasting doesn't last all day.
You need to eat silly.
>>
>>39427224
Yes, it is.
>>
>>39427224
kinda, but if you do a fast you'll lose a ton of muscle mass in the process. the fastest sane way to lose weight is to do a protein sparing modified fast, which basically means you eat nothing except a bunch of protein. by giving your body enough protein it doesn't have to take it from your muscles. because protein is highly satiating you don't even feel particularly hungry. I've done it and it works great

I was thinking something along this line.

IF works for many people, simply because it makes it harder to overeat. PSMF is a completely different beast though, it's designed for short periods of extremely rapid weight loss.
>>
>>39427028
I'm ALWAYS skipping cardio
>>
>>39427403

PSMF seems extreme, considering the thread was originally about skipping rope.

OP here and I find your post true and funny as well.
Soooo jumping rope thoughts?
>>
>>39427775
Isn't it boring in long term? Have you ever stopped because of any reason? Have you tried other cardio options, and sticked to rope or it was always the one you would choose?
>>
>>39428853

Just run, OP.
Get that runner's high.
>>
>>39429041
And ruin your knees.
>>
>>39427072
How long do you stretch before a session?
I started skipping yesterday and my left calf was on fire when I woke up.
