don't be retarded. as long as you're not consuming soy protein, you're fine (paleo includes milk and cheese and nuts). and yes whey is great for cutting because they offer high protein per calorie ratio. you'd have to eat only chicken breasts to do better

Not eating is good for weight loss. Certain foods will help you stay full for longer, but if you're eating more than you're burning, you're gonna gain weight. It doesn't matter whether your extra calories come from protein powder, sugar, or cum.
