Prepare to be genocided. Tell your uncle to move to Europe and let the niggers starve to death like they did in Zimbabwe after they kicked out the white people.

Forearm, arms and upper back get some work. It's more lower intensity work that isn't heavy enough to build muscle. It burns a fuckload of calories, prepare to increase your intake by 1000 kcal on certain days, especially if you need to walk a lot.

Depending on the type of farm.
I used to go to my granduncle and grandaunty's farm in China.
They plant some wheat and cabbages, and raise some chickens.
No strength based chores on their farm, it's basically cardio shit chasing around chickens and planting seeds.

They call 'im chicken chaser... Cause 'e chases chickens!
It depends on the type of farm but it will be difficult, hard work.
Dairy farms are probably the hardest work you can get on dry land. Hill farming is difficult too but there's none of that in Zoooth Efrika
used to work in a cattle ranch during summer in hs. It was dirty and easily the most exhausting thing ive ever done but I loved it
wish I could go back tbqh because it beats being a 9-5 wagecuck

I work in a land-based fish farm. Growin salmon. Depending on the day I could be netting and moving 1000+ 3 - 4 kg fish by hand and carrying bushels of 45 kg feed bags, or walking around and monitoring oxygen etc. The tough days are definitely good for exercise, but it's more endurance than pure strength. I never have to pick up and move around anything much heavier than 50-60 kg, but sometimes I'll be picking up and moving around 20 + kg constantly from 9 till 5.
