Yeah when I was 17 I tested at around 400 ng/dL testosterone which is pretty low then got retested at 19 and was at 230 so doc decided to script me the test. Basically all that changed was I sleep less but feel more rested, got morning wood, and I gain less fat when I bulk.

Honestly not that crazy of a change. I got to a 405lb squat in 7 months @ 160lbs with low t. The only crazy change I saw was in bench press. It's always been a struggle for me but it's taken off since being scripted.

i have sleep apnea and am literally permanently tired regardless of how much i sleep, to the extent where i literally feel more rested with less sleep.

in regards to emotions i have pretty bad social anxiety that started ~a year ago, which is uncharacteristic seeing as i've been incredibly extroverted my whole life. i've been in a semi-depressed state for around the same time but it doesn't really effect me all that much.

your doc is cool. i got bloodwork twice, 230ng/dL and 190ng/dL. wouldn't prescribe me TRT... said test rx is only for people with "real hypogonadism" which is 100ng/dL or lower. said i was close enough to low normal range (or within it, at least for the 230ng/dL test).

ended up hopping on gear myself after doing a bunch of research and was surprised by how much better life was no longer being low T.

Sorry for the bad quality, was in a hurry

5'11 at 185 pounds
(180cm at 85kg)

Currently on cut, but I keep gaining muscle mass, which is unusual. Bodyfat is very very slowly declining

Any advice?
