Actually I found an old pic, I've taken off the buckets since this pic.

I made microplates out of old water bottles and weighing out precise amounts of water.

It didn't turn out well because the bottles kept hitting the ikea tables I was using as safety bars at the bottom of the rep, effectively making the sticking points easier.

Once I got a wageslave job I just bought the damn plates.
