Is there any correlation between being tired and cutting?
I'm 2.25 months into my cut, 3 weeks to go, 15 lbs down, approaching extremely low levels of bodyfat, and I am fucking exhausted ALL the time. I seriously am always sleepy and lethargic. I hardly feel horny anymore, when I jerk off I hardly feel it. I sleep like 9 hours a night and take naps when I come home.
Is this because of my cut, or is there something else going on here?
Try eating some fruits/carbs for a day or two and see how you feel

There's a reason people use stimulants to stay at a very low bodyfat.
Frankly, fatties experience the same kind of brain fog on a harsh deficit.

Switched to a 36 hour fast every third day for the last month
I know that feel bro. Trying to go from about 230 to 200 in 4 months. Recently I've been eating even less in terms of both calories and frequency, and I've been so exhausted I sleep in until 2-4pm, then go to sleep way too late and repeat. I've slept through class for a few weeks now because of it and some days I can't even get out of bed.
