Honestly, I'm not a fan of investing a lot into headphones. If you're like me and you use these headphones while running, biking, hiking, etc and sweat all over them, then just get some cheap ones at the store.

If you use them only for lifting and will treat them well, /g/ has some good earbud (also called IEMs) guides that rate sound quality, comfort, and price.

Get a pair of soundpeats q900 on amazon for about 17usd. They're bluetooth and sweatproof. Got mine after losing a few wired esrbuds from the wire getting caught and pulled during my lifts. Battery life on these things are very good for the price and sound quality is pretty decent as well.
