Had it not so badly... but still had it. Stretch hips and hamstrings. Also be aware of your posture and constantly reinforce it. Imagine there is a hook between your dick and balls, with a rope tugging it away from you. If you emulate that movement you should feel your glutes flex a little and your posture change.

Won't stretching hamstrings make it worse? I thought that hamstrings should be tighter and atp happens when they're too loose
