Had it not so badly... but still had it. Stretch hips and hamstrings. Also be aware of your posture and constantly reinforce it. Imagine there is a hook between your dick and balls, with a rope tugging it away from you. If you emulate that movement you should feel your glutes flex a little and your posture change.

>feet shoulder width apart
>now double that width
>lean forwards like you're going to stretch your groin (side splits)
>ensure no APT
>rotate from the hips up, so you're using posterior chain to move rather than pivoting at the lumbar spine
