no, I took it for a while but it gave me fish burps so I stopped

My shoulders and knees pop whenever its cold and im poor fag. I've been considering them but not sure if it will help.

They're not a meme, and I take 3 a day.

I've been taking supplements and eating a very healthy diet. Making a lot more progress than my gym bro, but who knows if its just genetics or not.
