I've found the PL2 is pretty much the same size as most adidas shoes. The PL3 is a bit wider, in case you have wide feet.

Not sure about black friday prices, but 50E seems pretty decent for the PL2.

PL2 is 1.5cm heels. PP2 is 2.1cm heels. Most weightliting shoes are 2cm heels.

As someone who have used many different shoes, the difference between 1.5 and 2 is mostly felt when doing Snatches. At least for me (my mobility is pretty decent).

For regular squats and front squats, I never noticed much of a difference.

Unless you have really really bad ankle mobility, then you might want stuff with higher heels (2.6-3cm)

Question. Why does high volume work for intermediate/advances lifters? After like 3 years haven't you put on 95% of the muscle you'll be able to naturally put on? And isn't the purpose of high volume to build muscle - except you can't really put on that much muscle. So after like 2-3 years of lifting, is all you need intensity? Or am I mistaken somehow

The program you're thinking about doing is basically a bodybuilding program with a small amount of work in competition lifts

I did SS, Nuckols 4 day int, then 28. Since switching to 28 free programs, my total has gone up ~150 lbs. It basically didn't go up at all on 4 day int
