Change running to walking and you are right. 30 floors at a death pace feels amazing.

sometimes when the lift is full of fattys I walk 5 stories and skip every one step so I do some sorta lunge, must say its one of the hardest things I've done but it feels really good at the end

I made all my leg gains from stairs hiit.
Now im just going to do it on my hands (hiit style) and my upper half will be perfect.
Ill looks like zyzzxxzxx in no time. Just you watch.

Not joking, this makes it 10x easier to get up stairs. You bend your knees half as much, and to a much lesser degree.
