At work,,, I am the dude they ask to move heavy stuff... tables, displays, cash registers....

Off work, I get 'mires from dudes and chicks...

I ain't a Roid Head,,,, so I think that is in my favor, because the view my gains/progress as hard work and proper eating....

i injured my shoulder about a year into lifting from bench and stopped benching. i maxed out at 205x10 before my injury

i started jogging and doing cardio back in the day. push ups pulls ups kinda thing. after that i did about 2 years of hard core autismo lifting. like perfect diet and i studied lifting every day kinda shit. lately i been kinda wanting to go gymnast mode so for a few months i been doing more push ups pull ups again. but i think i liked lifting weights more
